So Ive decided to design Nora her own website so when her pups come I can post info, pics, and helpful links...I might even create Nora her own blog! Now Im working on some graphics for the site(s). Here is what I have so far.....

Merry Christmas!
Im sooo excited Christmas (and Thanksgiving) is just around the corner! We are going to be so busy moving and getting the new crib put together that I thought I should probably start working on our Christmas Cards. I used photos from our recent August wedding and one of my favorite shots from our engagement photo shoot.
Its pretty different compared to the traditional Christmas cards (the regular red and green) but vie never really been traditional when it comes to that. I started collecting brightly colored pink, purple, turquoise, blue, lime, and silver ornaments in high school. They have adorned my crisp white Christmas tree for the last few years. And of course I had to add some Wilson orange on there too ;)

Home Sweet Home
Im working on our Moving Announcements...I posted the vector line drawing I drew a few weeks ago of our new house. Now I am putting it all together. I made the bottom graphic look like the modern "neutra esque" house numbers I plan on putting up like the day we move in :)
Ive only done two renditions so far. Which aspects do you like of each...Im probably going to end up mixing different elements from each together to create the final.

A place to put bags...
Sounds kind of like a first year i.Arc project :) Oh how I {almost} miss those days.
So anyways, one of my responsibilities at Fortuna is to design custom labels for each shop we roast and distribute coffee for. I have designed about 50-60 labels since January! I also have a special label printer that prints short run labels. ( This machine is not my favorite piece of equipment...causes me oh so many problems and tried to eat my arm...twice. ) Well along with the labels come the bags...The problem is I sometimes need 30 bags in 6 different colors and they are stored in our warehouse. Ive been begging for a storage container for months but I really could never find anything I was happy with. So my boss gave me the assignment to design my own! Great idea...why didnt I think of that?
So not only will this piece hold and organize the bags it will also hold my material, lighting, and furniture spec books as well as my growing materials library. Yay!
Miro a freelance carpenter I work with on many projects will be constructing it out of leftover pieces of wood from other projects.
I modeled it in sketchup. I composed the 3 different views in a different model style. One of Sketchup 7's cool features...I love all three looks! Which style rendering do you like the best?
