These little sayings have made me and my Mom giggle since we first got Nora. There are no truer words! Boston's are full of so much personality and are hilarious. I really feel like this is their law to live by!

New Series!
I'm excited about a new little series I have come up featuring one of my favorite subjects: Nora, my adorable little Boston Terrier who is my constant source of laughter. She really is a character and does the funniest things, some on a day to day basis, some are acts of randomness. Either way, she is entertaining. Stay Tuned for the first post!

The Long Forgotten Snow
Well, as I was saying last night, it finally snowed for the first time this winter in Greensboro. I awoke this morning to my room glowing with a light I knew could only come from that special way the sun reflects off a yard a freshly fallen snow.
When I pulled back the curtains from our floor to ceiling wall of windows in our living room, which over looks our wooded back yard, I was greeted by the sun shining through the trees and onto the glistening snow. Simply Beautiful.
Of course the drive way and roads were completely melted.
But the yards were still blanketed.
I love how snow piles up...its so crisp and soft. It makes everything so pretty and gives new perspectives.
The dogs were loving it too... even little Nora who is so small. I wish I could have stayed home and played with them in it today. But at least I captured this special winter's morning with a few photos.

Little Brother
Ready or not Nora...here he is! We brought home our baby boxer puppy last week and named him Lincoln. He is only 9 weeks in these pictures and is already taller than the soon to be (on Sunday!) 2 year old Nora! She wasnt too sure about him at first. But he is just a big sweet heart.
(He sleeps a lot!)
But she is really getting attached to him and I know they are going to be the best of friends. He will be much bigger than her but I have a feeling she will always rule the Wilson' Roost! :)

Bostons are the best!
I know I havent blogged about her all that much... but I happen to have one of the world's BEST dogs... her name is Nora and she is a Boston Terrier. She will be two years old in March and has filled my world with laughter ever since she danced into it. (yes, she dances..on her two back feet with her front two in the air. its adorable. and hilarious!) My mom loves boston's equally as much...they really crack us up. We aways give each other boston terrier cards and other little treasures. I even got my mom one for Christmas! Thats him pictured below with Karmyn. She named him Tucker. He is super cute as well.
I was SO excited when I stumbled upon this illustrator, Lili Chin. Her work is so great AND not only does she draw Boston's but she also draws them with classic modern chairs. wow. im loving it!
You can order her prints or calendars here! Sign me up!

Who said Christmas Sweaters are ugly?
Ok so most of them kind of are...although I loved them as a child! My mom wore them and I can remember sitting in her lab and pinching the knotted threads that made up trees and gifts sequined with sparkles. I even sported a few myself...Now everyone wears them...to the tacky Christmas sweater parties. Well Nora loves hers. But then again she looks cute in anything...or nothing ;) Merry Christmas from Nora!
